1. Who we are
SortedLaunch is a founder-led product studio operated by Manish Saraan. These terms govern the marketing site and any engagement that references them.
2. Scope, price, and change orders
Every engagement is scoped and priced before work begins. The agreed price is fixed and does not change after kickoff unless the product scope itself changes, at which point any change order is agreed in writing before it is built.
3. Code ownership
You own the code from the first commit. Repositories, cloud accounts, and keys are yours throughout and after the engagement.
4. The pilot gate
Where an engagement includes a Pilot Sprint, you may end the engagement at the pilot gate and retain all code produced to that point.
